Applied Fusion Limited founded in 1976 was established to supply Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction and Maintenance services to the Petrochemical, Process Plant, Pharmaceutical and Food Industries. Through a continued policy of expansion and product development, the Company is able to offer a variety of services, including the design and manufacture of Pressure Vessels, Process Plant Equipment, Piping Systems in a wide range of material specifications, including but not limited to carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, hastelloy and titanium.

To compliment the manufacture of Vessels, Process Plant and Piping and allow the Company to operate in the turnkey Construction Market, Applied Fusion design and manufacture Steel Structures and operate a site installation service.

The site service incorporates all aspects on construction activities from the erection of structural steel, installation of plant, equipment and piping through to testing and commissioning. Applied Fusion Ltd. has on numerous occasions assisted our established vessel manufacture, structural steelwork and piping groups with electrical and instrumentation support, from front end and detail design, through to construction and commissioning.

The electrical and instrumentation group has served our clients not only as part of an Applied Fusion design group of turnkey projects, but also on an individual basis involving control and instrumentation work only. Our electrical and instrumentation work has ranged from simple plant modifications through to complete overall plant and associated control systems.

Applied Fusion have also assisted our clients with feasibility studies and costings, hazops, front end and detail design, specification and procurement, planning and production of the necessary risk assessments and method statements associated with the task in hand.
